Eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and any included accessories. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us through the Contact Us page before sending an item back. Include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. We’ll provide instructions for the next steps. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, please contact us through the Contact Us page. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll discuss the available options with you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us review your request more quickly.

Important Notes

Items returned without prior approval, outside the 25-day return period, or in ineligible condition may not be accepted. Please keep your proof of return shipment until your request has been resolved.
